At the first consultation with a Lowry Shuker advisor we will undertake a full and detailed Fact Find to ensure that we understand your current personal position, your objectives, your attitude to risk and any specific goals. It is only after this first meeting that we will be in a position to give you any financial advice.

For mortgages we are paid a fee of £450 in addition to commission from the lender.

We will also endeavour to ensure any investments maximise tax efficiencies at all opportunities and work to achieve any specific goals that an individual client may have.

We can review current pensions and guide our clients to ensure they are sufficiently informed in relation to any anticipated retirement income and where relevant, any shortfalls, thus enabling where possible them to fill any gaps in pension income.

Mortgage
By accessing the whole of market we can assist you in securing a mortgage with a suitable rate to meet your needs and objectives with the aim of reducing your overall costs and getting the mortgage repaid as early as possible.

Protection
We fully review all of our clients protection to ensure that adequate cover is in place to protect families and lifestyles in the event of death or earlier critical illness. This is an area that is often overlooked, however, we believe that this should be regarded as a priority rather than an afterthought.
